Kashmere Johnson - Member

Kashmere was born and raised in Southern CA. She moved to Northern Ca at the young age of 17 years old to attend CSU Stanislaus. It was during that time, Kashmere accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and began her lifelong journey as a believer in Christ. Kashmere is a first-generation believer in her family and sense then has led many of her family members to the cross. Kashmere is also a mother to three strong young men of valor; Josiah, Julius and Jaidence.

 

Kashmere has a double Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Biology with a double concentration in Drug and Alcohol studies and Juvenile Delinquency. She has a Masters in Criminal Justice. For the past 16 years, Kashmere has owned a successful Gymnastics and Cheerleading Choreography business, hosting classes for children ages 3 and up. In conjunction, she is currently in school to obtain her second Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Currently, Kashmere works for Sierra Vista Child and Family Services as a Mentoring Site Supervisor contracting with Modesto City Schools. Kashmere has served and worked for different agencies over the years such as Police Activities League, Creative Alternatives, Stanislaus County Probation, Hutton House, Jessica's House- Grief Loss Support, Prodigal Sons and Daughters and Celebrate Recovery- The Landing Youth. She has coached youth cheerleading throughout Southern California and the Central Valley, for different organizations and High Schools for over 10 years.

In 2022, Kashmere released a Ministry for Youth girls and Single Mothers called Milk & Honey Ministries. This ministry aims to see young women and mothers walk free from their bondage and begin walking in the fullness and knowledge of their identity in Christ Jesus. Kashmere has always had a heart for single mothers since becoming one herself and yearns to walk alongside single mothers as they step into their fulfillment and promises from the Lord. Her passion equally extends to youth girls and she looks forward in seeing how the Lord will use her in this position at Love Unlocked.
