Muna Haddad - Prayer Counselor

Muna was born and raised in Stockton, CA, to a loving Christian family who has taught her that anything is possible if you just believe. Muna has been married for 18 years to her soul mate, and together they have two beautiful boys. After graduating from the University of the Pacific with her Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Muna was hired as a chaplain, drama director, and teacher for a local Christian elementary school. In 2013, Muna graduated with her Master’s degree from Liberty University in Theological Studies and Pastoral Counseling. Muna was a children’s pastor for 10+ years at the Christian Arabic Church.
It was during a time while working as an Engage Life Director at an assisted living community that Muna started an onsite prayer ministry and Bible study. One day one of her residents who was involved in the group was praying for her foster grandchild who was aging out and who’s personality was changing due to the fear of stability. As she reflected on her blessed upbringing as a child, the Holy Spirit allowed her to see from a new perspective and laid it upon her heart to help these foster children! Together, Muna and her friend Stephanie, began Women Walking in Purpose.
She has had the opportunity to be involved with many nonprofit boards that helped shape her view and lead her to where she is today. Through years of praying with her prayer partners, the Lord began to reveal keys that open doors of hope in the lives of Gods children. Muna began walking in obedience to the call the Lord had placed on her heart! This call involved many opportunities for those broken to find their God-given purpose.
Muna was also an enhancement specialist at a local Christian school implementing worship arts ministry including flag worship and creative arts. These healing arts. music therapy programs have been implemented in local shelters and international organizations. Muna believes every child, deserves to be loved without a contingency. Muna feels privileged to be a part of Gods big plan.
